EN Drawing Quiz ("the App") is an asynchronous drawing-and-guessing game. You draw a given word and other players guess it. You can post a drawing to a public pool visible to all users, or send it only to friends you choose. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your rights. The App is intended for users aged 13 and older.
KO "너랑 나의 그림 퀴즈"는 비동기 그림 맞히기 게임입니다. 제시어를 그리면 다른 이용자가 맞힙니다. 그림은 모든 이용자가 볼 수 있는 공개 풀에 올리거나, 직접 선택한 친구에게만 보낼 수 있습니다. 본 방침은 수집 항목·목적·권리를 설명합니다. 본 앱은 만 13세 이상을 대상으로 합니다.
EN To operate gameplay (deliver drawings to the friends you choose, track progress and rewards), keep the service safe (moderation, abuse prevention), verify minimum age, and improve the App. We do not sell your personal data. The App shows no advertising, and uses no third-party analytics or tracking SDKs. Purchase history is used to deliver purchased items, prevent duplicate crediting, and handle payment inquiries.
KO 게임 운영(선택한 친구에게 그림 전달, 진행·보상 관리), 서비스 안전(모더레이션·악용 방지), 연령 확인, 앱 개선을 위해 사용합니다. 개인정보를 판매하지 않습니다. 본 앱은 광고를 표시하지 않고, 제3자 분석·추적 SDK를 사용하지 않습니다. 구매 기록은 구매 아이템 지급, 중복 지급 방지, 결제 문의 처리에 사용합니다.
EN Drawings you post to the public pool are visible to all users; drawings you send to friends are visible only to those recipients. Public posts are screened automatically and newcomers' public posts pass through a short review delay before appearing. Users can report content, and we remove material that violates our Terms; repeat or severe violations lead to suspension. Apparent child sexual abuse material is removed and reported as required by law.
KO 공개 풀에 올린 그림은 모든 이용자에게 보이며, 친구에게 보낸 그림은 해당 친구에게만 보입니다. 공개 게시물은 자동 검수되고, 신규 이용자의 공개 게시물은 노출 전 짧은 검수 지연을 거칩니다. 이용자는 콘텐츠를 신고할 수 있고, 약관 위반 콘텐츠는 삭제되며 반복·중대 위반은 이용 정지로 이어집니다. 아동 성착취물로 의심되는 콘텐츠는 삭제 및 법적 신고됩니다.
We use Google Firebase / Google Cloud (authentication, database, storage, image classification, hosting). Data may be processed on their infrastructure. See Google's privacy terms. Payments are processed by Google Play (Android app) and NicePay (website). / 인증·DB·스토리지·이미지분류·호스팅을 위해 Google Firebase/Cloud를 이용하며 해당 인프라에서 처리될 수 있습니다. 결제는 Google Play(안드로이드 앱)와 NicePay(웹사이트)가 처리합니다.
EN The App is not directed to children under 13 and enforces a 13+ age gate. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13; if we learn we have, we delete it. / 본 앱은 만 13세 미만을 대상으로 하지 않으며 13+ 연령 확인을 적용합니다. 만 13세 미만의 데이터를 알게 되면 삭제합니다.
EN You can access, correct, export, or delete your data. Delete your account anytime in Settings → Delete account, which permanently erases your drawings, images, friend links, and identity. EEA/UK (GDPR) and California (CCPA/CPRA) residents have additional rights including objection and withdrawal of consent. Contact us to exercise any right.
KO 데이터 열람·정정·내보내기·삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다. 설정 → 계정 삭제에서 언제든 그림·이미지·친구연결·계정을 영구 삭제할 수 있습니다. 앱 없이 삭제를 요청하는 방법은 계정 및 데이터 삭제 안내를 참고하세요. EEA/영국(GDPR), 캘리포니아(CCPA/CPRA) 거주자는 이의제기·동의철회 등 추가 권리를 가집니다.
We keep data while your account is active and delete it on account deletion (some logs/backups may persist briefly). Purchase records are kept for 5 years after payment as required by Korean e-commerce law, then deleted. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest via our provider. / 계정이 활성인 동안 보관하고 삭제 시 제거합니다(일부 로그·백업은 단기간 남을 수 있음). 구매 기록은 전자상거래법에 따라 결제일로부터 5년간 보관한 뒤 파기합니다. 전송·저장 구간은 제공자를 통해 암호화됩니다.
Data is stored primarily in the Seoul (asia-northeast3) region and may be processed by Google in other regions under appropriate safeguards. / 데이터는 주로 서울(asia-northeast3) 리전에 저장되며 적절한 보호조치 하에 다른 리전에서 처리될 수 있습니다.
